Seating, Weight Limits & Policies

• Seating is assigned based on weight and balance requirements

• Passengers over 250 lbs (113 kg) incur a $100 capacity fee

• Passengers over 300 lbs (136 kg) must purchase an additional seat

• Any group of three open-seating passengers where all individuals exceed 180 lbs (82 kg) must purchase the fourth seat

First Class Seating

• Must be purchased as a party of two only

• Individual passenger weight must not exceed 200 lbs (81 kg)

• Combined weight must not exceed 345 lbs (156 kg)

Group Policies

• Parties of 3–4 require two passengers to meet the 340-lb combined front-seat limit

• Groups exceeding weight limits may be split into separate flights or required to purchase an extra seat

Flight & Weather Policy

• Magnum Helicopters flies with full aircraft only

• If all seats are not filled by the day before departure, you may be contacted to reschedule

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued

• All flight times are approximate and subject to weather and weight restrictions
