Zerimar Clay – Wheel-Throwing & Sip & Spin Classes

What We Offer:

1. Ceramics Wheel-Throwing Class (for One or Two People)

Course Overview: Watch a demonstration on the potter’s wheel, then try it yourself! Students shape clay on a mechanical wheel, guided by an experienced instructor.
Add-ons: Receive one fired piece ready for pickup one week after class.
Duration: 2 hours
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 7 PM; Saturday and Sunday at 1 PM and 4 PM

2. Sip & Spin Class with Wine (for One or Two People)

Course Overview: Begin with introductions and a tour of the studio, tools, and equipment. Learn pottery terminology like coning, centering, and pulling during a demonstration. Enjoy complementary wine as you sit at your wheel and create with your chosen clay. This crash course encourages experimentation—you’ll have time for multiple attempts and can choose one piece to be fired.
Duration: 2 hours
Availability: Fridays at 7 PM

Both experiences provide a fun, hands-on approach to pottery, perfect for beginners, creative dates, or a unique night out in NYC.
